Aloha! I’m Lia.
I help men feel more confident and relaxed in their bodies so intimacy doesn’t feel confusing, pressured, or disconnected anymore. My approach is gentle, grounded, and very human: I meet you exactly where you are, without judgment or expectations.
Over the past decade, I’ve trained in somatic coaching, tantra, yoga psychology, psychedelic integration, addiction and recovery support, and embodiment-focused yoga. I understand how the body holds emotion, how patterns form, and what actually helps you relax into presence, confidence, and connection.
My coaching is warm, honest, and supportive. You get a space to speak openly about things you may have never said out loud: desire, anxiety, performance pressure, emotional blocks, or a feeling of disconnect from yourself.
