Why Weave
Many women feel the call toward microdosing or expanded states, but without embodiment and integration, those insights can remain fleeting.
Weave was created to support the part that comes after insight.
By pairing intentional microdosing optionally with somatic practices, breath, ritual, and nervous system regulation, this work helps insights land in the body: where real, lasting change happens.
This is slow medicine.
Relational medicine.
A woven approach- not a hack.
Who This Is For
Weave is for women who:

Crave consistency, softness, and accountability
-
Desire clarity, creativity, sensuality, and grounded confidence
-
Hold a lot of responsibility and care for others, but are longing to be held themselves

Important Considerations & Contraindications
Weave is a gentle, somatic, and integration-focused container. That said, this work is not appropriate for everyone, especially when microdosing is involved.
Weave may not be a good fit if you:
-
Have a history of psychosis, schizophrenia, or bipolar disorder (Type I)
-
Are currently experiencing active mania, psychotic symptoms, or severe dissociation
-
Are in a state of acute mental health crisis
-
Are pregnant or breastfeeding (you may join safely without the capsules)
-
Are taking medications that are contraindicated with microdosing (consult your healthcare provider if unsure
If you have a history of significant mental health challenges and are unsure whether this container is appropriate, please reach out before enrolling. Your safety and well-being matter.

Microdosing within Weave is always optional.
You are welcome to participate in the somatic practices, nervous system regulation, embodiment work, and community support without using the capsules at all. Many women choose this path and still receive profound benefit from the container.
Weave is designed to honor choice, agency, and discernment- there is no pressure to engage in any aspect that doesn’t feel aligned for you.
A Note on Choice & Consent
Weave is an educational and experiential wellness offering rooted in somatic practices and integration support. It is not therapy and not a substitute for medical or mental health care.
If you are currently working with a therapist, psychiatrist, or medical provider, Weave can be a complementary support: but it should not replace professional care.
Not Medical or Therapeutic Care
Weave is an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and allow your body to guide the process.
This is where insight becomes lived experience.
This is where the dream is woven into form.
